Service Pack for version 2.1.0 and below. The following items have been addressed in CIRSMA™ Version 2.1.2. :

• Task hazard summary not appearing in risk assessment report unless complete task hazard report is selected in the risk assessment report setup screen.
• System will not start if last database used was accessed through an UNC path and is no longer accessible.
• System will lock up if several picture viewer windows
• System in correctly warns users when disk space is low.
• Reporting Engine has been upgraded.
