• The document management feature allows you to link external documents or web sites to any record created in CIRSMA™. This means you can upload additional pictures, scans, documents, etc into the system directories. The system provides a virtual filing cabinet to help organize your external data in conjunction with the features provided in the software. Documents such as safety specifications, task hazard reports, training material and machine manuals can be uploaded and attached to the risk assessments and equipment records.

Integrated help files and Easy to use Interface

• The system has built in online help which describes all of the screens and how they function.

Executive summary reporting

• The risk assessments are created by the system which then summarizes all of the points of operation providing a clear and concise report for each piece of equipment.

Linking of Image Files

• Image files can be linked to equipment and points of operation records. All images linked to records can be included in the reports.

Built in Spell Check

• All user entry fields have built in spell check feature which underlines words spell incorrectly and suggests the correct spelling.

Secure Databases

• Databases used by the system can be secured. Users are required to enter a user name and password to access the system. Each user account can be given access to various screens and modules in the system.

Task Management

• Task information such as the creation date, completion date, priority, completion status, and the responsible party, can be entered in the Task screen. Task information can be exchanged automatically using you default e-mail program. This feature not only helps to manage your resources but can also help to ensure that safety related projects are completed in a timely manner.

Free Online Viewer

• The software package can be installed with the free view license. This allows unlicensed users to view and print system records that have been generated by licensed users.

Online Reporting

• Each screen provides a reporting feature for printing record information kept inside the CIRSMA™ database. Reporting can be customized based on your requirements. All reports can be exported in PDF or TIFF image formats.

Multiple user capability network installation

• CIRSMA™ can be installed on an individual computer or on a computer network. By installing the database and the document archives on a network, multiple users of the software can work concurrently.
