  1. What makes CIRSMA™ any different from other risk assessment programs?

    CIRSMA™ automatically determines the risk based on the selections made by the user for each point of operation. No guesswork is required when determining if a machine is safe. The CIRSMA™ version control system tracks the progress of the changes that occur to safety related aspects of the machine. CIRSMA™'s reports include all information related to the equipment, the owner and task hazard assessments.
  2. Where is the data stored that I enter into CIRSMA™?

    All data is store in Microsoft Access 2000 Database(s)
  3. Can CIRSMA™ run on a network with multiple users?

    YES. CIRSMA™ can run from a network share and have multiple users sharing the same database and document archive.
  4. What does the document management module do?

    Document management allows the user to link any external document (PDF, MS Word, MS Excel, DWG etc) to any record in the database. Example. The machine's schematic drawings can be linked to the equipment record.
  5. Can I export my reports?

    YES. All reports can be exported into PDF and TIFF files.
  6. Why is the data stored in a database?

    All data entered into CIRSMA™ is stored in a relational database structure. This allows you to reuse the equipment, client, and task hazard information again without having to re-enter the information. If the information is changed all related records and reports are updated instantly.
  7. Can I have multiple databases used for different clients or plant locations?

    YES. CIRSMA™ fully supports multiple databases configured to use different standards and configurations. Switching between databases is as simple as "file open" or selecting the database from the most recent file list.
  8. How is CIRSMA™ licensed?

    A license key is provided for the machine where CIRSMA™ is installed. This license key provides access to the various modules purchased. This license key is linked to the hardware of the PC
